Who we are
JobSums is operated by CinePlato Sinema Filmcilik Organizasyon ve Turizm Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., Türkiye ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@jobsums.com.
JobSums is currently not offered in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Türkiye, and the signup form is not available there.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answers to the signup questions: business type and, if you choose to answer, how you price jobs today and what you would pay for the tool.
- The country your request came from (derived from your connection, not your exact location), the time you signed up and confirmed, and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
- How you found us: the name of the website that linked to us (for example, "reddit.com") and any campaign tag in the link you followed. Never the full address of the page you came from.
We do not store your IP address, name or payment details on this page, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.
Why we use it
To email you about JobSums early access and launch, and to understand which features and prices matter to businesses like yours. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores the signup list and protects the form from bots (Turnstile, which checks your browser when you submit the form).
- Resend — delivers our emails.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after JobSums launches, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Where your local law gives you that right, you may also complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@jobsums.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change applies.
